This Privacy Policy describes how Pa ProRev, LLC ("Pa ProRev," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Pa ProRev application and related services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, firm affiliation, role, and authentication credentials.
- Customer Data: matter, decedent, fiduciary, beneficiary, attorney, asset, deduction, and payment data your firm enters; uploaded documents and statements; generated forms.
- Usage data: log data, IP address, browser/device metadata, timestamps, and feature interactions used to operate and secure the Service.
- Feedback & error reports: messages, screenshots, and diagnostic information you submit through in-app feedback or that are captured by error logging.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate users and enforce role- and firm-level access controls.
- To generate forms (e.g., REV-1500, probate forms) and supporting documents at your direction.
- To respond to support requests and diagnose issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell or rent personal information or Customer Data. We do not use Customer Data to train AI or machine-learning models.
4. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host or operate the Service under confidentiality obligations (e.g., cloud hosting, database, authentication, file storage).
- Members of your firm with appropriate roles, in accordance with access controls.
- Authorities when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level security, isolation by firm, least-privilege server-side access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
6. Data Retention
We retain Customer Data for as long as your firm maintains an active account and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we delete or anonymize Customer Data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
7. Your Choices
- You may update or delete most matter and account data through the Service.
- You may request export or deletion of your account data through in-app feedback.
- Firm administrators control seat invitations and removal.
8. Confidentiality of Client Data
We understand that Customer Data may contain information subject to attorney-client privilege and the rules of professional responsibility. We treat all Customer Data as confidential and access it only as necessary to operate the Service or with your explicit instruction (e.g., for support).
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
